Up front North Harbour prop Ben Afeaki and loose forwards Brad Shield (Wellington) and Luke Whitelock (Canterbury) have re-joined the squad, while in the backs Francis Saili (North Harbour), Frank Halai (Counties) and Ryan Crotty (Canterbury) round out the called up training group.
Of those players, Saili was under a small injury cloud, but he has recovered from his hamstring injury, getting game time with North Harbour in their loss to Wellington during the week.
Taranaki hooker Rhys Marshall will also spend time with the All Blacks, part of the recent initiative to allow rakes from provinces around the country to be integrated into a Test week to pass on the experience from the likes of international centurion Keven Mealamu and Andrew Hore.
