All Blacks Sevens run riot against Wales

IRB

After defeating Argentina 40-10 in their opening match, an attack minded New Zealand kept up their running against the Welsh.

While the All Blacks Sevens have played plenty of physical rugby this season, it appears that they are determined to play a blitzkrieg style offence in London, with Ben Lam the main beneficiary with five tries in two matches.

With Lam taking a double against Wales, Gillies Kaka, Adam Whitelock, Sherwin Stowers, Scott Curry and DJ Forbes also crossed the Red Dragon’s line.

Interestingly Kaka took the conversions, while Tomasi Cama was kicking in the opener against Los Pumas.

The All Blacks Sevens final match is against England, the closing fixture of the first day.
