Second five-eighth Stephen Brett kicked 14 points -- four penalties and a conversion -- to add to his eight conversions in New Zealand's first game.
Masaga scored in each half and New Zealand were never in danger of losing today.
Fellow winger James Somerset scored New Zealand's third try.
In other matches today South Africa beat Georgia 102-17, Argentina came from behind to beat Ireland 26-22, Scotland beat Italy 26-10 and Australia, after leading 16-0 at halftime, beat Fiji 43-20.
