Regina is one of the experienced players in the squad and can pack down at either loosehead or tighthead prop. A former Auckland representative, she now plays for Waikato. Regina has played in various top international competitions, including the Canada Cup in 1996 and 2000, the Tri Nations in 1999 and the 1998 and 2002 World Cup tournaments. She is a policewoman by profession and has a daughter, Jaemie. She enjoys all sport, except swimming and says the 1998 World Cup final was her best personal sporting achievement. Manchester United is a favourite non-rugby sports team and the person she would most like to meet is her future husband. If she was the country’s Prime Minister for a day she would raise the salaries of Police Officers and teachers.
