Casey Robertson

A shepherd by day and a physical number eight on the rugby pitch, Casey Robertson has played for the Black Ferns for since 2002, earning three Women’s Rugby World Cups in that time and captaining the side against England in 2011.

Robertson is a dominant player with aggressive defence who excels at the breakdown. She has been playing for Canterbury since 1999 and she is the most experienced player in the Women’s Provincial Championship with 80 games to her credit coming into 2014.
