Amiria Rule

The return of the experienced Amiria Rule in 2013 was great news for the Black Ferns after she sat out the 2012 season. A two-time World Champion, Rule made her Black Ferns debut as a teenager in 2000 and is one of the squad’s most-capped backs.

In 2013, Rule took time out of the classroom – she is a primary school teacher – to start all three Tests in the International Series at second five-eighth, crossing the line in the third Test to bring up 55 points for the Black Ferns.
