Kendra Cocksedge

Kendra Cocksedge made her Test debut at 19 and has now established herself as a vital part of the Black Ferns' backline. Cocksedge featured in all nine Tests during the 2014 season. She is also a skilled sevens player and was part of the squad that won the inaugural Women's Sevens World Series in 2013.

Although originally from Taranaki - she made the Taranaki and Hurricanes Secondary Schools teams - a move to Canterbury for study at Lincoln University saw Cocksedge make her first class debut for the red-and blacks in 2007. She had a solid campaign with Canterbury in the 2014 Women's Provincial Championship, scoring 101 points and starting all nine matches.
