Regan Ware

All Blacks Sevens (2015-16)
New Zealand Schools (2012)

The young Bay of Plenty winger impressed so much in his first year in international sevens in 2015/16, he was nominated for the Rookie of the Year award. The former New Zealand Schools international dotted down 15 times in the season including the sensational last gasp try to send New Zealand into the Hong Kong Sevens final. Consistent form saw Ware became a regular selection this season, appearing in nine of the 10 tournaments. He only missed Cape Town after being injured on debut at Dubai. The 21-year old hails from Tokoroa and displays the speed on attack and strength on defence that is essential in the fast-paced world of sevens.
