Clarke returns for his second campaign with the New Zealand Under 20s and has achieved a lot since lifting the World Rugby U20 Championship trophy in 2017. Clarke has debuted for Auckland in the Mitre 10 Cup, the Blues in Investec Super Rugby and the All Blacks Sevens in the Sevens World Series. A fast, powerful outside back, Clarke will provide experience and X factor to the New Zealand team.
