Shane Geraghty makes way for Erinle, while Louis Deacon and Tom Croft drop to the bench for lock Shaw and flanker Worsley.
Ugo Monye, who has had a horror show in recent matches at fullback, moves back to his natural position at wing.
Sale Sharks back Mark Cueto takes over as custodian.
Shaw, who had a dramatic impact for the British and Irish Lions earlier this year, will win his 53rd cap at the ripe old age of 36.
The 2.03 metre tall, 123 kg second rower is carved from the same mould as Martin Johnson, and gives England two big uncompromising locks with Captain Steve Borthwick.
Other changes to the overall 22 sees Matthew Tait come into the bench. The Sharks back replaces Brive playmaker Andy Goode.
England will be looking at breaking a seven match losing streak against the All Blacks.
