Ponsonby Cruising Club was the last destination for Carter, while the museum and Mission Bay were other locations as ‘DCSanta’ trended around social media.
"I really like the idea of playing Santa,' Carter tweeted.
As well as playing the mythical man with the white beard, Carter used the occasion to garner support for Fiji and Samoa.
“Love & still learning the power is social media to help others in need,” Carter said.
The International Rugby Board’s World Player of the Year has been busy off the field, fulfilling duties as one of the faces of Jockey, while he is auctioning off one of his training jerseys to raise funds for the Pacific Islands.
