The Hurricanes will host the Highlanders this Saturday in their final home match of the year with a special deal on offer for families. Two adults and as many kids as they can manage will be able to head to the game for only $49.
These two sides have met each other 20 times since the competition began, with the Hurricanes achieving 12 wins and the Highlanders eight. Since 2007 though, there has never been more than a seven point margin in the score line.
The Hurricanes have made only two changes from the starting 15 that faced the Chiefs last Friday. Experienced loose forward, Faifili Levave comes in at number 6 and winger Alapati Leiua returns to the right wing.
On the bench, Jack Lam returns to the 22 after debuting for Samoa in the June break.
Players unavailable this week include Tim Bateman (knee), Jeffery Toomaga-Allen (knee), Motu Matu’u (arm), Tusi Pisi (hand) and Ardie Savea (ankle).
This match at Westpac Stadium will kick off at 7.35pm.
