BIOGRAPHY

ONE OF NEW ZEALAND rugby’s bright, young prospects and with the ability to play wing, centre or fullback, Braydon Ennor stormed onto the provincial rugby scene in 2017 with a standout season for the championship Canterbury team.

He earlier featured for the champion New Zealand Under 20 side at the World Rugby Under 20 Championship in Georgia, where he played in four games, including the Final.

He scored two tries in his provincial debut against Hawke’s Bay and scored four tries in the following game against Southland. He was signed for the Crusaders for 2018-2019, playing 15 games in his debut Super season, before starring in 2019, where he started in 15 games heading into the semi-final, scoring 10 tries, including a hattrick against the Rebels, and making 21 clean breaks. His contract was quickly extended through to 2021.

Ennor was born in Auckland and captained Saint Kentigern’s First XV. In 2016 he went to the University of Canterbury for a Commerce degree, majoring in Business Administration after being wooed to the Crusaders Academy.
