Cheyelle Robins-Reti made her debut for the Black Ferns Sevens in 2017, a year after making her Farah Palmer Cup debut for Waikato.

Schooled in Perth, Australia, Robins-Reti spent timing playing sevens in Japan before returning to New Zealand in 2019 to captain the Black Ferns Sevens Development team. A number of stand out performances saw Robins-Reti called into the Black Ferns Sevens as injury cover, and she has retained her place in the squad.

In 2020 Robins-Reti starred in the Farah Palmer Cup and was called into the Black Ferns for their domestic series.
