The speedy Biarritz wing missed his nation's two recent Test victories over Wales after returning from his rugby commitments in France with an injury to his right shoulder.
However, recent fitness tests have revealed Aramburu has recovered sufficiently and will be available to play.
"I'm much better and I have no pain at all from the injury, which is important," he told Scrum.com.
"I rested last week and worked very hard with Mario Larrain [team doctor] and I want to play and I hope to do it at the weekend."
Despite an unprecedented series victory over Wales, Aramburu is aware that a Test against the All Blacks will be a tougher assignment.
"The guys played a very well against Wales last Saturday. They had attitude and played well in several aspects. There are always things to improve on but we'll correct them," he said.
The match kicks off at 11:40am on Sunday morning (NZST).
