Unfortunately, the Black Ferns Sevens won’t have the services of Portia Woodman (or Michaela Blyde and Sarah Hirini) at the Dubai and Cape Town legs of the HSBC World Sevens Series, as Woodman has a hamstring injury. But she spent some of her recovery time at the Weetbix triathlon in Mount Maunganui over the weekend, alongside Niall Williams, Hirini and Silver Fern Casey Kopua.
