Wellington prop Kaliopasi Uluilakepa returns for a second year in the New Zealand Under 20 team.
The powerful front rower plays for the Petone club and made two appearances for the Wellington Lions in 2018, including a try against Southland. A former Fijian age group representative, Uluilakepa will be a key member of the front row.
