Who can enter the promotion?

To be eligible for the promotion, entrants must be 18+ and resident in either New Zealand, Australia, Fiji or the United Kingdom. Entrants from other countries can play the predictor game but will not be eligible to participate in the promotion and therefore win prizes.

When does the promotion start and end?

The overall promotion is open on and from 00:00:00 NZT on Monday, 19 February 2024 and ends when the Super Rugby Pacific final match starts, currently scheduled for 22 February 2024. Rounds are tied to fixtures and the matches within them. When each match starts, entries for that match close. When the last match in a fixture starts, entries for all matches and that particular fixture closes. The overall leaderboards will close when the final match in the relevant tournament (i.e. either Super Rugby Pacific or Super Rugby Aupiki) starts. How will prizes be awarded?

The entrant that scores the highest and therefore features the highest in each leaderboard will be the winner of each Round and the overall leaderboards. You can find out more about how points are awarded in the Promotion terms and conditions or within the game by clicking the (i) button.

How and when will prize-winners be notified?

The winners will be notified by email within 14 days of each round / overall leaderboard closing. The winners name and country may be published on NZRCs website and social channels. Entrants may opt out of publication by contacting [email protected]

Why do I need a nickname? Can others also see it?

As you play the game and earn points, you can see your nickname on the leaderboards. Your nickname will be visible to everyone. Please be respectful when choosing a nickname.

Can I change my nickname?

Yes, you can change your nickname at any time by clicking on the "user profile" icon on the Match Fixture screen. From there, you can edit your nickname and submit it.

How can I play the prediction game?

You can view all the different rounds and matches on the "Fixtures" tab. You can choose any match marked as "Predict Now" to play the Predictor Game.

How much time do I get to make predictions?

You can make predictions for any given match, up until it starts. You will see a timer on the Match Prediction Screen showing how much time is left to submit your predictions.

What happens if I don't submit my predictions before the timer runs out?

Your predictions will not be captured and you will not get any points for that.

Do I need to predict all questions to be able to play the game?

No, you are not required to make predictions for all questions, if you choose not to. Please note that you will only get rewards for questions that you have answered correctly.

Can I change my predictions once I submit them?

Yes, you can change your predictions as many times as you want, before the match starts. Just head to the "Fixtures" tab, click on the fixtures marked as "Edit Predictions" and modify your choices.

Can I change my predictions after the match starts?

No, once the match starts, the questions will be locked, and you cannot submit or edit your responses.

Can I make predictions for future rounds?

Yes, you can make predictions for all available fixtures. Keep an eye on the "Fixtures" tab for available rounds.

Why can't I access fixtures marked as "Awaiting Results"?

Once the match starts, the questions will be locked and you will not be able to access your predictions for that match till the results are available.

How do I earn points?

You earn points by making correct predictions. You may also earn points for partially correct answers to some questions. You can find the details on how points are earned for each prediction by clicking on the "i" icon on the Match Fixtures screen.

Where can I check the results and scores for completed matches?

You can view individual match results, as they become available, on the "Fixtures" tab, by clicking on the fixtures marked as "See Results". You can also check the "Leaderboards" tab for cumulative scores for each round and the entire season.

How do I switch between the Round and Season leaderboards?

You can use the drop-down menu to switch between Round and Season leaderboards. You can also navigate through the different round leaderboards from there.
