Behind The Fern Episode 11: US stars and a series finale
Follow the All Blacks as they spend the week alongside some of the biggest names in American sport while preparing for the final Test match against South Africa.
The All Blacks arrived in Baltimore trailing 2-1, having won the opening Test at Ellis Park in South Africa before two losses. A win at M&T Bank Stadium would have squared the series against the world champions. Instead, South Africa won 43-28 to claim the series 3-1.

Welcome to the NFL
The week included a visit to the Baltimore Ravens, with the facility tour led by Dr. Nick Gill, the Ravens' Vice President of Health and Performance, who spent 18 years as the All Blacks Head of High Performance before joining the NFL club.
At Captain's Run, New Zealand-born, NBA basketballer Steven Adams turned interviewer, quizzing former Argentina basketball legend Manu Ginóbili on what the All Blacks' culture means to other sports, while New Zealand’s latest NBA rising talent, Charlisse Leger-Walker saw the team in person for the first time.
One last shot
Before the Test, the All Blacks camp speaks openly about the disappointment of leaving South Africa without the series, and about wanting to finish the tour on a high. After full time, the mood is one of pride mixed with frustration, with the group gutted to fall short but adamant it gave everything across four hard Tests.
