Mo’omo’oga Palu is a New Zealand rugby union prop who plays for Matatū in Super Rugby Aupiki and has represented the Black Ferns XV. Known for her rare combination of power and speed, she is considered one of New Zealand’s rising front-row talents.

Palu began her provincial career with Hawke’s Bay Tui, where her dynamic carries and strength quickly earned her recognition. After moving to Canterbury, she contributed to the squad’s Farah Palmer Cup Premiership win in 2022. She joined Matatū for the inaugural Super Rugby Aupiki season in 2022, becoming a key bench player and helping the team secure strong finishes in 2023 and 2024.
