Tamaiti Williams, a product of St Kentigern College, was part of the 2019 New Zealand Under-20s team in his first year out of school. He had previously represented New Zealand Schools in 2017 and 2018, showcasing his strength, ball-carrying ability, and surprising speed for a front-rower.

Williams made his provincial debut for Canterbury in 2020 and earned selection for the Māori All Blacks the same year, coming off the bench against Moana Pasifika. He debuted in Super Rugby for the Crusaders in 2021, quickly establishing himself as a powerful and dynamic presence in the front row.

Known for his physicality, agility, and work rate, Williams has emerged as one of New Zealand rugby’s most promising young props.
