August 2026 (“the Competition”)

Terms & Conditions

1. Information on how to enter the Competition forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. 
Entry into the Competition or acceptance of any prize is deemed as acceptance of these terms 
and conditions.
2. New Zealand Rugby Commercial LP, a limited partnership registered in New Zealand, acting 
through its General Partner, New Zealand Rugby Commercial GP Limited, 100 Molesworth Street, Thorndon, Wellington 6011, is the promoter of this Competition (“the Promoter”). 
3. This Competition is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. Any queries, comments or complaints about the Competition must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. In participating in the Competition, you are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. To the extent permitted by law, you agree to release Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Competition or with any of the prizes offered. 
4. The Competition is open to worldwide to entrants of any age. Entrants must not be resident in a jurisdiction in which participation breaches any applicable laws. By entering, the entrant warrants that he or she is permitted by law in the relevant jurisdiction to do so. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
5. Employees of the Promoter and New Zealand Rugby Union Incorporated (“NZR”) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter the Competition.
6. The winners of the Competition agree to the Promoter announcing them as a winner through the social media channels of the Promoter, including their full name for no compensation.

Competition Entry

7. To enter the Competition, you must take each of the following steps:
(a) Visit the web site https://allblacksfanhub.com/find-a-way (the “Website”) and click on the applicable tile; or click the relevant URL shared by social media or promotional email
(b) Enter your email address, first name, last name, and country;
(c) Click confirm in order to confirm that you agree to these Competition terms and conditions (and optionally select whether or not you’d like to receive communications from the Promoter);
(d) Upload your message of support by uploading a written message, photo or video. When completed, click submit. Once submitted, submissions cannot be changed;
(e) Upon completion and submission of the entry form you will receive one (1) entry into the Competition.
8. By uploading a message, you agree to accept these terms and conditions, together with any other terms and conditions linked to the promotional post or email. 
8. Upon entering the Competition, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, non-revocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish and display your message of support in any media or distribution method, including publication on websites and internet applications without restriction and without making any payment to you, for the purpose of promotion of the Competition as the Promoter sees fit. Without limitation the Promoter may display messages on an interactive page on AllBlacks.com throughout Competition Period, and may select some entries to feature across All Blacks social channels (Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok), and/or on out-of-home billboards Such use will be at the Promoter’s discretion and the Promoter is not obligated to use, reproduce, publish or display any videos. 
9. You may enter the Competition multiple times during the Competition Period, but each entry should be substantially different to any of your previous entries. 
10. Details of the Competition, including details of the entry process will be communicated via the Promoter’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, X and TikTok), paid media, AllBlacks.com, All Blacks App, NZR eDMs, Sky Sport (TV promotional banners), and out-of-home billboards.
11. Messages must:
(a) not include any objectionable, explicit, offensive or inappropriate content;
(b) not suggest an association between the All Blacks and a commercial brand other than 
an official sponsor appointed by NZRCLP;
(c) be fit for public display, not show any act that is dangerous or offensive to the public 
or that may damage the reputation of the Promoter or NZR (as determined in the 
Promoter's sole discretion); and 
12. You must obtain appropriate consent from other people or the owners of property that is 
identifiable in your message prior to entering the Competition. 
13. The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify any message that does not meet the 
above conditions at any time without notice. 
14. You warrant that the message does not infringe on the moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the video. You fully indemnify the Promoter and NZR against any claims arising from the display or use of your message.

Competition Period

15. The Competition commences at 4pm (NZT), 4 August 2026 (NZT) and closes at 11.59pm (NZT) 
13 September 2026 (NZT) (Competition Period). Entries received after the Competition 
Period will be ineligible to enter the Competition. To convert these times to your local time, go

The Prize

16. The Promoter will award the following prizes to one winner each week during the Competition 
Period:
(a) One All Blacks Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry replica jersey; and
(b) One $200 All Blacks shop voucher.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any winner who does not comply with these terms and conditions and select a replacement winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
18. The Promoter will select a winning entry at random at 3pm each Friday during the Competition Period. The prize winner will be notified the same day via the email address provided in the entry, and will have until 4pm on the following Monday to respond and accept the prizes. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to accept the prizes within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prizes from the winner and select a replacement winner.
19. The prizes include the cost of courier delivery to the winner. The Promoter is not responsible for the payment of any duties, fees or taxes, or any other expenses incurred in taking up the prize. All other expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner. The prizes cannot be converted into cash. The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Privacy

20. Any personal information relating to a winner or any other entrants provided is collected by the Promoter solely for the purposes of this Competition.
21. Any personal information provided by the winner or any other entrants on the Competition entry form will be used solely in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. 
22. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database located in New Zealand operated by New Zealand Rugby Commercial LP. You can contact us at any time regarding your personal information through our Privacy Officer who can be contacted via post (Privacy Officer, New Zealand Rugby Commercial LP, 100 Molesworth Street, Thorndon, Wellington 6011) or email (nzrcommercialprivacy@nzrugby.co.nz).
23. The Promoter's decisions in respect of all matters to do with the Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize in whole (or any of its components), with a substitute prize of equal or greater value if the prize (or any of its components) cannot be provided for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
25. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter gives no representation, guarantee or warranty with respect to the prize provided under this Competition. In particular, the Promoter gives no warranty with respect to the quality of a prize, its suitability or fitness for any purpose.
26. Each winner takes the prize entirely at their own risk and indemnifies the Promoter and any third-party provider engaged for the purposes of this Competition in respect of any claim, demands, actions, losses, liabilities and suits arising out of or attributable to participation in the Competition and/or any use of a prize.
27. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries into the Competition. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the Competition database. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person’s electronic devices related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in relation to the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with any of the Competition processes or engages in conduct that may damage the reputation of 
the Promoter or its affiliated entities at any time. 
28. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with the Competition shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in the Competition or with any prizes offered.
29. This Competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.
30. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits or modifies the consumer's rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
31. If for any reason beyond its reasonable control the Promoter or its agents or contractors are unable to run the Competition as described, the Promoter reserves the right to postpone, extend, amend, re-schedule or cancel the Competition (“the Change”) at any time at its sole discretion on the provision of reasonable notice (which will include posting notice of the Change on the competition website www.allblacks.com.
32. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or supplement these terms and conditions at any time in its absolute discretion. You agree that you shall be bound by such changes and that you shall not hold the Promoter liable for any losses resulting from any such changes.
