Black Ferns open their own group chat
Fronted by Ayesha Leti-I’iga and Veisinia Mahutariki-Fakalelu, the show promises an unfiltered look at life in the black jersey, covering rugby on the field, off the field and everything in between.
For Episode 1, the hosts are joined by Tara Turner (Black Fern #269) and Ma’ama Mo’onia Vaipulu (Black Fern #259). The four reflect on the opening match against France in Hamilton, sharing what it was like inside the camp, before turning their attention to game two in Whangārei.
Then the conversation takes a lighter turn with Try or No Try, a quickfire game designed to reveal the personalities behind the players. Would they dance in public? Who do they most like to room with? The answers are honest and often hilarious.
The episode wraps with a fun challenge that puts the guests to the test in a very different way, and fans will want to watch through to the end to see how it plays out.
Black Ferns Group Chat is made by the players, for the fans, giving supporters a seat at the table with the team like never before.
