Five matches, five cities, one historic tour
The first-ever Women’s Tour will bring together the best players from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales to take on the Black Ferns in a three-Test Series, alongside two matches, in a landmark month for women’s rugby in September 2027.
The Lions Women will open their tour against the Black Ferns XV at Semenoff Stadium in Whangārei, before facing the Black Ferns in Auckland, an Invitational XV in Hamilton, the Black Ferns in Wellington and then the final Test at One NZ Stadium in Christchurch.
Kids' tickets from $1 for a limited time
Tickets for the Test matches in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch are on sale from today, with the two further games in Whangārei and Hamilton on sale in early 2027.
For a limited time, to celebrate the first-ever women’s tour, selected children’s tickets are just $1 with adults from $27.

Black Ferns Head Coach Whitney Hansen said this series represents a significant moment for the players, the team and the wider women’s game.

British & Irish Lions Women Head Coach Jo Yapp shared her excitement to be a part of this landmark moment for the Lions and women’s rugby.

There is an enormous amount of talent across the four Unions, and I'm looking forward to bringing together the very best players from England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales to represent the Lions in 2027.

The British & Irish Lions Women’s Series is supported by a $3.9 million New Zealand Government Major Events Fund investment.
