Both teams will perform a haka before kick-off in what will be the second time the team’s have met following a thrilling trial match in Whangarei last year. The re-match will provide an important hit-out for the Black Ferns ahead of a busy period of international rugby and will feature rolling substitutions, giving the squad an opportunity to build combinations and valuable match minutes.
The Black Ferns next match is their Laurie O'Reilly Cup Test against Australia at Go Media Stadium Mt Smart on Saturday 22 August before the squad travels to South Africa for a one-off Test as part of the Rugby’s Greatest Rivalry Tour.
