Ireland extended its lead by a fraction over second-placed France, who are 0.69 behind.

It was only the third time all three away teams won in the competition's history.

The big movers were Scotland after their 29-23 away win over England. They now sit fifth, equal with their best performance achieved in 2018, while England dropped to sixth place and Australia to seventh.

Wales, who lost to Ireland 10-34, remain in ninth but only 0.63 of a point ahead of Japan.

After the weekend, the rankings are: 1. Ireland 90.70, 2. France 90.01, 3. New Zealand 88.98, 4. South Africa 88.97, 5. Scotland 83.06, 6. England 82.15, 7. Australia 81.80, 8. Argentina 80.72, 9. Wales 78.02, 10. Japan 77.39.
