BIOGRAPHY

Logo-I-Pulotu Lemapu Atai'i (Sylvia) Brunt is out of Mount Albert Grammar School and the Ponsonby Rugby Club.

She's previously been a top touch player and competed in shot put. Brunt was the captain of the Mount Albert Grammar 1st XV girls' team who won the College Sport Auckland Championship.

An impressive midfielder, she plays for the Auckland Storm and the Blues in Super Rugby Aupiki.

In 2022, at just 18, she made her Black Ferns debut off the bench against Canada in the Pacific Four Series in Waitākere. She was called into the squad as injury cover.
