BIOGRAPHY
Theresa Setefano (nee Fitzpatrick) is a powerful ball carrier with explosive speed off the mark.
After joining the Auckland Sevens programme in 2013, Setefano made her Black Ferns Sevens debut in 2016 at the Atlanta Sevens. She took time off from her medical studies to give sevens her best shot and it paid off with selection for Rio and a historic silver medal at the Olympic Games.
A regular selection in the Black Ferns Sevens, Setefano has the ability to play a number of positions, and has a number of accolades to her name including two-time World Cup winner with the Black Ferns and two-time Olympic Gold Medallist.
