Entry Restrictions 

Entrants must be 18 years of age or above.

 

Promotion Period 

The overall Promotion starts at 00:00 NZT on Friday, 5 September 2025 and ends when the All Blacks 2025 final match starts, currently scheduled for Sunday 23 November 2025 (see below fixture and match schedule links for the most up to date information). Entries will not be accepted after this time.

 

For the All Blacks Matches in 2025 in this Promotion, there is a total of eight (8) Matches. There is separate score predictors and leaderboards for each Match:

 

All Blacks v South Africa (6 September 2025);

All Blacks v South Africa (13 September 2025);

All Blacks v Australia (27 September 2025);

All Blacks v Australia (4 October 2025);

All Blacks v Ireland (2 November 2025);

All Blacks v Scotland (9 November 2025);

All Blacks v England (16 November 2025); and

All Blacks v Wales (23 November 2025)

(“Matches”)

 

Please note, the match schedule may change over the Competition Period for the Matches. For up to date match information, please see this website: https://www.allblacks.com/fixtures/all-blacks If any fixture or match changes based on the schedules outlined above, timings will also be updated within the Promotion.  

Entrants are able to make predictions on the Match until the Match starts. On and from the time the Match starts, entries will not be accepted for that Match.

For the Promotion, there is a total of eight (8) Matches. There will be eight (8) score predictor games and eight (8) leaderboards.

The leaderboard for each Match will close when the relevant Match concludes.

 

Entry Procedure 

To enter the Promotion, all entrants must do each and all of the following:

  • Enter the Promotion by clicking on the applicable tile on the All Blacks Gaming Hub; or by clicking the respective URL shared on social media;
  • Enter your email address, first name, last name, and country;
  • Click confirm where you’re also confirming that you agree to these Promotion terms and conditions, and click confirm if you decide to opt into receiving NZRC communications and marketing;
  • Make the relevant predictions on the available match. When completed, click submit. Once submitted, answers cannot be changed.
  • Entrants can see their place on the leaderboard by clicking the leaderboards tab, the leaderboard will update with scores at the end of the Match.

No payment is required to enter the promotion.

 

Maximum Number of Entries 

Entrants may enter once for each Match. Each Match’s leaderboard will be calculated from the total match predictions entered in that Match.

 

Judging Criteria 

The entrant that scores the highest and therefore features the highest in the leaderboard will be the winner. The winner will be judged, and all prizes awarded, across all jurisdictions rather than by separate jurisdiction.

For every question there will be a correct guess that gives the maximum score. A maximum score of 10,000 and a minimum score of 1,000 is set for each question. There is a correct answer tolerance for each question. For example, if the tolerance is set at 50, and if an entrant guesses 50 above or 50 below the correct answer, they will receive points that are scaled proportionally down to 1,000 points.

Q3 In what minute will either team score the first points?

Q6 - Which half will be the highest scoring?

Dynamic points – This means that as one selection becomes more popular, the points that selection becomes worth for the next person will decrease.

Initial response count – 10. The number of responses that will be fed the initial response scores before answers begin fluctuating based on user responses. 

Max points – 6,667 points

 

In the improbable event of a tie, the winner (or the person who receives the top spot on the leaderboard) will be the person who responded first.

 

Prize 

There are eight prizes to be won being one NZD$100 All Blacks Store voucher for each Match.

Total Prize Pool: NZD$800 All Blacks Store voucher.

Vouchers expire after 24 months of issue and are for online use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The voucher can only be used once and must be used in a single transaction.

 

Notification of Winner 

The winner will be notified by email within one month of the relevant Match leaderboard closing. The winner’s name and country of residence may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels.

 

Claiming the Prize 

The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner via email. If, after one month of Notification of Winner, the winner has not claimed their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and give it to the next highest ranked entrant.

 

Special Conditions 

The Promotion is run through the Komo Technologies Pty Ltd platform (“Komo Platform”). Entrant shall not: (i) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, translate, convert, or apply any procedure or process to the Komo Platform, including in order to ascertain, derive, and/or appropriate for any reason or purpose, the source code of Komo Platform or any trade secret information or process contained in any of the Komo Platform; (ii) use the Komo Platform in any manner that violates in any law, rule, regulation or any other legal or regulatory requirement imposed by any regulatory or government agency, or (iii) assert (or authorize, assist, or encourage any third party to assert) any intellectual property infringement claims against Komo Technologies Pty Ltd or any of its affiliates or licensors regarding any portions of the Komo Platform. Entrant shall not utilize the Komo Platform for (a) transmission of offensive, sexually explicit, illegal, dangerous, gratuitously violent, harassing, defamatory, or threatening content or activity which Komo Technologies Ptd Ltd, in its reasonable discretion, deems objectionable; (b) promoting, encouraging or facilitating any illegal activity, violating the law or the rights of any third party (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy, or rights of personality); or (c) imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load or circumventing or attempting to circumvent any filtering, security measures or other features designed to protect the Komo Platform.

1.              THESE CONDITIONS OF ENTRY CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, WHICH REQUIRES THAT FOR US RESIDENTS ALL DISPUTES BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND US RESIDENT PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO ONLY PURSUE CLAIMS AGAINST THE PROMOTER AND/OR SEEK RELIEF ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND US RESIDENT PARTICIPANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT, OR AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.These Conditions of Entry incorporate and must be read together with the Schedule for the Promotion.  The Schedule prevails to the extent of any inconsistency with these Conditions of Entry.  Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.

2.              Any capitalised terms used in these Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, except where stated otherwise.

Eligibility

4.              Entry to the Promotion is open to individuals who satisfy the Entry Restrictions and are resident in the Relevant Territories. 

5.              Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or New Zealand Rugby Union Incorporated (an incorporated society related to the Promoter) or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.  “Immediate families” means spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent), whether or not they live in the same household as the director, manager, employee, officer or contractor.

Entry

6.              The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period.

7.              To enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the Entry Procedure during the Promotion Period.

8.              Entrants may enter the Promotion up to the Maximum Number of Entries.  Multiple entries (where permitted) must be submitted separately and must each separately meet the requirements specified in the Entry Procedure (if applicable).

9.              Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.  Entries are deemed to have been received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

Entry Content

10.           Incomplete and ineligible entries will be deemed invalid.  Entries will also be deemed invalid if they breach these Conditions of Entry as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion or any other content guidelines notified by the Promoter during the entry process for the Promotion.

11.           Where the Entry Procedure involves the submission of a photo, video or any other kind of artistic work, all entrants grant to the Promotor a non-exclusive, non-revocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish and display the entry in any media or distribution method, including publication on websites and internet applications without restriction and without making any payment to the entrant. Unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter, materials provided with entries will not be returned to entrants.

12.           For promotions conducted via social media, an entrant’s entry must not include:

a.              The name or social media handle of any other person without that person’s express consent.  Entrants warrant that if any such content is included, they have obtained the express consent of the relevant person to tag them in the Promotion post set out in the Schedule; or

b.              any content that contravenes any law, infringes the rights of any person or is obscene, offensive, potentially defamatory, discriminatory, indecent or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate (which includes, without limitation, any content involving malice, violence or swearing).

The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, edit, modify, delete, remove or take-down any part of an entrant’s entry if it considers it inappropriate.

Judging

13.           The Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.  Each valid entry will be individually judged based on, amongst other things, the Judging Criteria.  The judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

14.           If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these Conditions of Entry, or fails to claim the Prize within one month of the Notification of Winner, or if the entrant of a winning entry refuses the prize, the non-complying/refused or non-responsive entry will be discarded and a new winner of the prize will be determined by selecting the next best ranking entry (as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion or as set out in the Judging Criteria). 

15.           Winners will be notified as specified in the Schedule.  The Promoter and the companies and agencies associated with this Promotion may also publish the name and country or state of residence of winners on its website(s).

Prizes

16.           The prize(s) are specified in the Schedule.  The prize(s) are subject to any restrictions specified in the Schedule.  The total prize pool is specified in the Schedule.

17.           If a prize includes vouchers:

    1. the vouchers are only valid for the period set out in the Schedule, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the provider as set out in the Schedule.  Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any voucher that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way; and
    2. shipping costs and any taxes, duties or the like associated with purchase or receipt of the item(s) purchased using the vouchers will be the responsibility of the winner and the Promoter will not be liable for such costs, taxes, duties or the like.

Claiming the Prize(s)

18.           Prizes must be claimed in accordance with the instructions set out in the Schedule.

No Association

19.           For promotions conducted via social media, the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta and entrants acknowledge that any information they provide in connection with the Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Instagram or Meta.  Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion will be directed to the Promoter, not to Instagram or Meta.  Entrants release Instagram, Meta and any associated companies from all liability arising in respect of the Promotion.

General

20.           The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries.

21.           The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions of Entry.  Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

22.           Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and, except for cash prizes, cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.  The value of each prize is accurate as at the commencement of this Promotion.  The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of a prize after that date.  If a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may substitute it for another item of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in the Relevant Territory, if required.  If a winner does not take an element of a prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.  The Promoter accepts no other liability or responsibility for any loss incurred by a winner or any other party if any prize (or any part of a prize) is unavailable for any reason. 

23.           Nothing in these Conditions of Entry limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in New Zealand or the Competition and Consumer Act in Australia, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in Australia (the “Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.

24.           If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion does not or is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the relevant authorities in the Relevant Territories, if required.

25.           The Promoter’s decisions in connection with the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

26.           The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage to or delay in transit of prizes.

27.           The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings.  Independent financial advice should be sought. 

  1. MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

By participating in this Promotion, each entrant agrees: (i) that any and all disputes entrant may have with, or claims entrant may have whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise (including the interpretation and scope of this arbitration provision, and the arbitrability of the claim or dispute), between entrant and the Promotor, or between entrant and any third parties if entrant asserts a claim against such third parties in connection with a claim entrant asserts against the Promotor relating to, arising out of or connected in any way with (a) the Promotion, (b) the awarding or redemption of any prize, and/or (c) the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate and/or (d) any aspect of entrant's relationship with the Promotor (including but not limited to, claims relating to advertising), will be resolved exclusively by final and individual binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the rules of JAMS; (ii) this arbitration agreement is made pursuant to a transaction involving interstate commerce, and shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), 9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16; (iii) the arbitration shall be held in Miami, Florida; (iv) the arbitrator’s decision shall be controlled by the terms and conditions of these rules and any of the other agreements referenced herein that the applicable entrant may have entered into in connection with the Promotion; (v) the arbitrator shall apply Florida law, consistent with the FAA and applicable statutes of limitations, and the arbitrator shall honor claims of privilege recognized at law; (vi) there shall be no authority for any claims to be arbitrated on a class or representative basis, arbitration can decide only entrant’s and/or Promotor’s individual claims; the arbitrator may not consolidate or join the claims of other persons or parties who may be similarly situated; (vii) the arbitrator shall not have the power to award punitive damages against the entrant or Released Parties; (viii) if the entrant is able to demonstrate that the costs of arbitration will be prohibitive as compared to the costs of litigation, the Promotor will pay as much of entrant’s filing and hearing fees in connection with the arbitration as the arbitrator deems necessary to prevent the arbitration from being cost-prohibitive; and (ix) with the exception of subpart (vi) above, if any part of this arbitration provision is deemed to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, or otherwise conflicts with the rules of JAMS, then the balance of this arbitration provision shall remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with its terms as if the invalid, unenforceable, illegal or conflicting provision were not contained herein.  If, however, subpart (vi) is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void, and neither entrant nor Promotor shall be entitled to arbitrate their dispute.  For more information on JAMS and/or the rules of JAMS, visit their website at www.jamsadr.com.

THE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE IN ENTRANT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN THE CLAIMS OF OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES WHO MAY BE SIMILARLY SITUATED. ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT, OR AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING. DO NOT PARTICPATE IN THE COMPETITION IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO HAVE ANY CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARBITRATED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE COMPETITION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AS SET FORTH ABOVE, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL OF ENTRANT’S CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS  TO ENTRANT WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY), NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ENTRANT WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES (OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) ENTRANT’S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONETARY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

 

29.  Entrants' personal information will be collected by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Promotion and delivering the Prize.  The Promoter may disclose entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion and to relevant authorities in the Relevant Territory, and the winner’s name and Territory of residence may be published in accordance with these Conditions of Entry and as required under relevant legislation. Entrants located in the United Kingdom may opt out of publication by contacting nzrcommercialprivacy@nzrugby.co.nz.  The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), applicable privacy laws in each Relevant Territory, and the Promoter's privacy policy available on the Promoter’s website at https://www.allblacks.com/privacy-policy/ .  You can contact us at any time regarding your personal information through our Privacy Officer who can be contacted via post (Privacy Officer, New Zealand Rugby Commercial LP, 100 Molesworth Street, Thorndon, Wellington 6011) or email (nzrcommercialprivacy@nzrugby.co.nz).

30.  Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Conditions of Entry shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the New Zealand.  

31.  To request the names of the winners, e-mail your request to help@nz.rugby. Requests received more than thirty (30) days after the Promotion Period will not be honored. 

32.  Should any part of these Conditions of Entry be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining Conditions of Entry. Any invalid clause shall be replaced by an economically comparable provision.
