BIOGRAPHY

All Black #1218

Wallace Sititi, son of former Manu Samoa and Hurricanes loose forward Semo Sititi, plays in the same position as his father and has impressed with his power and athleticism for the Chiefs in Super Rugby Pacific.

A standout leader from an early age, Sititi was deputy head boy and First XV captain at De La Salle College, captained the Blues Under-20 side in 2022, and earned selection for the New Zealand Under-20 squad. He made his Bunnings Warehouse NPC debut for North Harbour in 2022 before joining the Chiefs wider training squad in 2023.

At just 21 years old, Sititi became the youngest player named in the 2024 All Blacks squad and went on to be named the World Rugby Breakthrough Player of the Year. Known for his physicality, work rate, and leadership potential, he is viewed as one of New Zealand rugby’s most promising young loose forwards.
