Ray White New Zealand will become the Official New Zealand Real Estate Partner of NZR, supporting the All Blacks and Black Ferns through a newly signed three-year‑year agreement.
The partnership brings together Ray White’s extensive national footprint with the global prestige of the All Blacks and Black Ferns. The iconic yellow Ray White logo will feature alongside the silver fern across match day environments and digital platforms, while the company’s 2,000+ agents will gain behind the scenes access to the All Blacks and Black Ferns.
Daniel Coulson, Chief Executive of Ray White New Zealand said the partnership is a significant moment for both our group and industry.
"Through Ray White's technology and scale we bring the whole team to everything we do, and now, becoming an Official Partner of the All Blacks and the Black Ferns, our team is bigger and better than ever."
The multi-year partnership will also see Ray White agents take part in curated leadership programmes, high performance‑performance workshops, and masterclasses featuring experts from across NZR’s teams. These sessions are designed to translate lessons in resilience, teamwork, and performing under pressure into the real estate environment.
Steve Lancaster, Interim Chief Executive of New Zealand Rugby, said Ray White was a natural fit for NZR.
“Ray White shares our pursuit of excellence, with a drive to push boundaries, innovate and work as a team. We’re excited to have them onboard as a partner of New Zealand Rugby, the All Blacks and Black Ferns. Ray White’s dedication to being humble leaders in the real estate market mirrors the values we instil in our teams, and we look forward to working alongside them over the next three years.”
Coulson believes the partnership will directly elevate the performance of Ray White teams across the country.
“We’re bringing world‑class sporting excellence into boardrooms and sales floors across New Zealand. The lessons our teams will learn about mental toughness, strategic execution, and maintaining excellence under pressure are directly transferable to serving clients in one of life’s most significant transactions.”
The agreement takes effect immediately and will run through to the end of 2028, supporting the All Blacks and Black Ferns as they continue their campaigns on the world stage.
