Te Kamaka (TK) Howden

BIOGRAPHY

Having been a standout player for Fielding High School first XV, Howden was selected for the New Zealand secondary schools' Barbarians team in 2019. 

In his first year out of Feilding High School, the young loose forward ripped straight into in his first year of professional rugby with the Manawatū Turbos in 2020.   

Impressing in club rugby with Feilding Yellows, he was in the thick of the action for Manawatū every week.   

Howden was named in the New Zealand Under-20 2021 national squad. The following year, the illusive loose forward made his Super Rugby debut for the Hurricanes.  
 
In 2022 Howden debuted for the Māori All Blacks and has two caps to his name.
