One of the most decorated players in All Blacks Sevens history, Dylan Collier made his All Blacks Sevens debut in 2015 and has gone on to captain the national side. He was part of the squad that won silver at the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. He was also part of the All Blacks Sevens squad that won a bronze medal at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham, and led New Zealand at the Paris Olympics in 2024. By the 2024–25 season, Collier was among just a handful of players to have accumulated more than 50 caps for the All Blacks Sevens.

Collier brings physicality, breakdown strength and defensive intensity to the All Blacks Sevens. His experience and ability to maintain high standards across tournaments continue to make him an important contributor within the programme.
