Mason Tupaea (Ngaati Tiipa, Ngaati Amaru/Waikato) has emerged through the Waikato and Blues pathways as a promising young front rower with strong potential. His performances in the NPC and Super Rugby Pacific have showcased his rapid development and composure at a young age.

A dynamic prop with strong mobility, Tupaea contributes physical defence, effective carrying and solid set-piece work to the Māori All Blacks environment. His energy and work rate around the park have made him an exciting addition to the squad.
