General Manager of Community Rugby Steve Lancaster joins the All Black podcast to discuss a part of New Zealand Rugby that has created so many of our top All Blacks and Black Ferns - the grassroots.

Steve discusses the growth in the women's game post the Black Ferns victory at the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand, the new tackles laws in the club and school game as well as where funds from the Silverlake partnership are beginning to be invested throughout our clubs.
