Chiefs Sweep Fantasy Leaderboard as Ratima shines

Cortez Ratima claimed Fantasy Player of the Week honours with an incredible 115-point haul in the Chiefs’ 85–7 victory against Moana Pasifika in round 15.

The electric halfback bagged three tries, led his team from the base, and carved up in every facet as the Chiefs surged to the top of the DHL Super Rugby Pacific ladder. His performance was just the start of a Chiefs fantasy feast, with the top four places dominated by his teammates.

Leroy Carter was next best with 102 points, followed closely by Shaun Stevenson (99) and Damian McKenzie (85). The Hurricanes’ Billy Proctor rounded out the top five with 83 points after a strong showing in their tense 37–21 win over the Reds.

Fantasy managers who triple-captained any of those four Chiefs stars would have been laughing all weekend — and with one round left in the regular season, the chance to unleash remaining boosters could prove decisive. The Chiefs meet the bottom-placed Highlanders this weekend — could another fantasy bonanza be on the cards?

In the overall fantasy standings, Damian McKenzie continues to reign supreme with 617 points. Not only is he the top scorer, but he also holds the best weekly average of 61.7 — elite consistency from one of the game’s most dependable fantasy assets.

Moana Pasifika talisman Ardie Savea appears to have locked in the top forward spot with 542 points, as Western Force try-scoring machine Carlos Tizzano — currently on 526 — has a bye in Round 16.

On the overall manager leaderboard, Cal7 leads the way with 9,531 points, holding a solid 85-point advantage over second-placed ColmTalksRugby, with Ada Bei another 65 points behind. With the main prizes still up for grabs, the chasing pack will be hoping for a spark of inspiration heading into the final weekend.
